Margie Lewis

Australian-born musician Margie Lewis has lived in Dublin for six years. A classically trained violinist and jazz vocalist, Margie plays a myriad of antique instruments, experiments with field recordings, loops, electronic beats and tops it off with her rich, bewildering vocals. This will be a special night as not only will there be some guest appearances but Margie is playing a once off experimental set of undulating musical landscapes.

Somerville

Somerville is Connemara native singer, songwriter, producer Maria Somerville. Fusing disparate influences from Sister Rosetta Tharpe to Jon Hopkins with a distinctly Irish voice, Somerville is like nothing you’ve ever heard. After gigging extensively throughout 2013 (Electric Picnic, Hard Working Class Heroes, State Faces One to Watch 2014, support to John Smith, David Kitt, Patrick Kelleher) Somerville will be playing a string of Spring and Summer dates promoting her debut EP, kicking off with Canadian Music Week in Toronto on May 6.
