NEIL WATKINS
Neil Watkins lives in Dublin and works in the Fumbally Cafe. He is a poet, singer , actor and messer.
His time in Dublin Youth Theatre as a teenager informed the decision to study acting at Drama Centre London.
Neil wrote plays to keep his acting chops wet during lean times. His second attempt at play writing Love In A Time of Affluence earned him a nomination for the Stuart Parker Award for new writing. And so he decided to write a bit more.
Published examples of his work “A Cure for Homosexuality” is available by Cork Press. And “The Year of Magical Wanking” is available by Oberon Contemporary Irish Drama Anthology.
